Think Feel Know. What's your preference?
Think Feel Know shows how you normally respond to information and
gives you the ability to actively process that information differently. It allows
you to understand what other people are really saying and choose how to respond
to them effectively. By understanding yourself, you can understand others.

We all have the capability to use all three communication styles; however
we have discovered that most people have a strong preference for one style. Discover
your style and how it impacts on your ability to communicate with others
who have a different primary communication style. Once you're able to recognise
and understand other peoples' preferences, you'll be able to connect
with them more easily and you'll have a greater chance of being heard and understood.
"…we now have a better understanding of our group dynamics, what we need
to do in order to improve communication and how demands of time might be more effectively
addressed." - High School Head Teacher
It's as simple as that.
One of our tools is the Think Feel Know Indicator. The Indicator is an online
tool that identifies your preferred communication style. What 'space' do you spend
most of your time in - thinking, feeling, or knowing? Discover your style and how
it impacts on your communication.
"I'm over 60 and have done a lot of developmental workshops. Think Feel Know is
the only one I really feel is of any use: it's so personally relevant to me and
commercially, it's indispensable." - Scientist
By gaining an understanding of how you prefer to communicate, and how your style
interacts with another's, you can gain a deeper understanding of how you
can best be heard and understood - and how to improve your relationships
with family and friends, motivate your staff, connect with your
children and proactively resolve differences.
