About Us

Navitas (Latin for "energy") is a boutique private equity partnership that specializes in starting and scaling companies using proprietary, next generation intellectual property.

Our online indicators, video coaching and other products are based on this intellectual property, which has been developed, tested and successfully implemented to drive business growth over the last 15 years.

Navitas' portfolio comprises 23 companies across 6 countries. Our European head office is located in London, United Kingdom and we also have regional hubs located in the United States (San Francisco), the Middle East (Dubai), Asia (Singapore), and Australia (Sydney).

Over 50% of the portfolio is weighted in the emerging coaching industry vertical, including the Shirlaws Coaching, Span Coaching and Think, Feel, Know group of companies. The portfolio also contains consulting, investment fund, intellectual property and online distribution businesses.

Consulting: Includes corporate, estate, investor relations and international expansion sectors.

Group Division: Consists of the Group coaching businesses including business, leadership, recruitment and personal.

Investment Fund: established in the UK and growing to include the USA, Australia and the Middle East.

Intellectual Property: We continue to grow our portfolio of intellectual property, which is used internally in the Coaching and Consulting divisions and externally by universities (Masters of Business Coaching – University of Wollongong, Australia).

Online Division: Products consist of Indicators, Online Media such as video coaching, Television and proprietary Software.
