Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from NavitasIP.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation E-mail to you.

Cancellations

Indicators – We offer Client Company Administrators, Coaches, and Distribution Partners refunds on unused Indicator credits at our sole discretion. We do not offer individual consumers refunds except in unusual circumstances. If you have any questions about your individual circumstances, or if you'd like to request a refund as a Client Company Administrator, Coach, or Distribution Partner, please click on 'Report a Concern' on our website and outline your concern.

Audio and/or Video Content – We do not offer refunds on any form of license for our or our partner's or affiliate's audio or video content. If you wish to cancel your service you can inform us of this by e-mail or by clicking on the 'Report a concern' link on NavitasIP.com. Your access to your service will remain active until the end of your contracted license period at which point it will cease.

Pricing

We list pricing information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. We verify prices on a quarterly basis (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1) and our international prices are based upon US dollar figures at that time. Exchange rates used are published on XE.com. We reserve the right to set pricing of products as we see fit or use another exchange rate service without prior notice to you.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Children

Navitas Ltd does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use NavitasIP.com and NavitasIPMedia.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
